- $700,001 – $1,000,000 – Fee to buyer -$5,000 Balance of Buyer’s Commission Goes to cost of property
- $1,000,001 – $2,000,000 – Fee to buyer -$7,000 Balance of Buyer’s Commission Goes to cost of property
- $2,000,001 – $4,000,000 – Fee to buyer -$10,000 Balance of Buyer’s Commission Goes to cost of property
- Above $4,000,001 – Fee to be negotiated
